After cutting some more blue labradorite!

So, it's been quite a few months since my last post. I've been making a lot of new pieces this year! I was very excited to finally get to cut some of that blue labradorite stone that I picked up in Tucson AZ 4 years ago..... and WOW - it's such a lovely stone.

There is always trial and error when cutting your own stones, and I'm quite the novice! Taking the time to cut a beautiful stone and to get it to the point of setting it, and then finding out that there's a fracture in both of the matched stones you were making for earrings....... well, those just become mine!!!

Here are some photos to show off finished pieces! I also threw in a lovely "Powder Blue" turquoise that I cut in half. It is pretty spectacular!
