If you live OUTSIDE of the state of Oregon, I can sell direct to you.  Please e-mail me about the piece you would like me to make for you.  I accept payments through PayPal (I e-mail you an invoice, you send your PayPal payment to kinney3013@gmail.com, and then I accept payment when I ship your item).  I also accept Venmo.  My turnaround time is approximately one week, depending on the piece of jewelry.
